In case of rain, the entire ceremony will be held in the conference room of the library. State Representative Bobby Moody will be on hand to read and present Chance llor with a proclamation from the state leg– islator naming Saturday as Van Chancellor Day. Chancellor will also bring with him copies of his new book to sell and sign for anyone who would like to purchase a copy. All Winston Countians are encouraged to attend to meet Chancellor and his family or to renew old friendships from year s passed.
