ECCC OBSERVES VO-TECH WEEK- James E. ardin, Associate State Superintendent, Office of Vocational and Technical Education, Mississippi Deparbnent of Education, is joined by vo-tech students at East Central Community Colege in Decatur as he signs a proclamation declaring Career and Technical Education Week .February 13-19, 2000. The theme of this year's observance is "2000: A Career Odyssey."
