Frazier is EC dtum major Sophomore Frazier Wash (left) of Forest is serving his second year as drum major for the East Central Community College Warrior Wall 0' Sound Bond and freshman Ricardo Robinson of Decatur is assistant drum major. Wash is a 1999 graduate of Forest High School where he received All-Superior ratings in leading the Bearcot Bond at State Bond Contest during his senior year. He is the grandson of Mae and Frazier Rankin of Forest. Robinson is a 2000 graduate of Newton County High School where he served two years as drum major for the Cougar Bond. He also received a superior rating at State Bond Contest.
