Receives Thomas scholarship

I Jessica Eakes, center, a 2000 graduate of Philadelphia High Scliool, is the recipient of the Charles and Judy Dowdle Thomas Scholarship to attend East Central Community College in Decatur. The outstand– ing student is shown receiving the award from Mr and Mrs. Thomas. The presentation was made at the College's annual Scholarship Awards Luncheon held on the Decatur campus.
