Receives Prince Oil scholarship Jessica Long~ a 2000 graduate of Philadelphia High School, was recently presented an EC Scholars Scholarship from .Prince Oil Company in Philadelphia to attend East Central Commumty College in Decatur. The outstanding student is shown receiving the award from company official Phillip Prince, right. The presentation was made at the College's annual Scholarship Awards Luncheon held on the Decatur campus.
