The scholarship is awarded annually to a student from one of the five counties rn the district on a rotating basis. The outstanding student is shown receiv– ing the award from ECCC Academic Counselor Mrchael Alexander. The presentation was made at the College's annual Scholarship Awards Luncheon held on the Decatur campus.
