Vowell schoJarship Jessica Sistrunk, a 2000 graduate of Edinburg High School, was recently presented the Lavern Vowell Scholarship to attend ECCC in Decatur. The outstanding student is shown receiving the annual award from ECCC Dean of Students Randall E . Lee.
