Horne named to ECCC Hall of Fame

Nykela Horne has been named to the Hall of Fame at East Central Community College. , , Selection to the Hall of Fame is the highest honor a student can achieve at East Central Community College. Six stu– dents were chosen. These recip– ients are nominated by faculty, students, and staff. Horne is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Willie Horne of Philadelphia. She is actively involved in a number of student organizations at East Central in cluding Student Education Association, Phi Theta Kappa, and Warrior Corps. She also served as cheer– leader and wAs selected as a freshman cla~s favorite and freshman homecoming maid. Miss horne was named as an All-American Scholar and received a National Minority Leadership award. She is also included in Who's Who Among Students in American J unior Colleges and has been listed as a President's List Scholar, maintaining a 4.0 GPA, each of
