Walkers Receive ECCC Scholarships..... Johnny and Debby Walker of Hickory were recently awarded non– traditional student tuition scholarships to continue their studies at East Central Community College in Decatur. The Walkers, both 41, are secondary education majors. They have two children, Jonathan, 16, and Joey, nine. The tuition scholarships are available to qualified Mississippi resi– dents, 23 years of age or older, at the time of initial enroll– ment, who enroJI full-time at East Central. Scholarships are provided for three consecuth e semesters following the fiT • 12 semester hours earned as either a part-time of full-time student at East Central.
