EC scholarships These East Central Community College students r ecently received Nontraditional Student Tuition Scholarships to continue their education at ECCC. The scholarship is available to any qu alified Mississippi res– ident 23 years of age or older, at the time of initial enrollment, who enrolls full-time at the College. The scholarship will be avail– able for three consecutive semesters fol-
