Union, Newton County tie as rain takes championship game
Union, Neshoba Central, and Choctaw Central all took part in a two-day fast-pitch softball tournament at Union last week. Umon went 2-0-1 as Fri– day's championship game was rained out with the Lady Jack– ets and Ne\\lon County knot– ted at 3-3 after five innings. The Lady Jackets were 5-0-1 entering this week.
