Parker honored at ECCC meeting East Central Community College Board of Trustees member leo Parker (left) of Noxapater received special recognition for 20 years of service during the annual meeting of the Mississippi Association of Community and Junior College Trustees held in Biloxi, July 14~ 15. Shown presenting Parker with a plaque of appreciation is ECCC President Dr. Phil A. Sutphin. Over 250 trustees representing the state's 15 public and com– munity colleges attended the two-day conference. Among presenters at the meeting were Senator jack Gordon, Representative John Read, Mississippi Power Company President and CEO Dwight Evans and Mississippi State University President Dr. Malcolm Portera.
