Address ECCC Workforce Council... Among speakers at a recent meeting of the East Centrall Community College District Workforce Council were (from left) Dr. Phil Sutphin, ECCC president; Rodis Shealy of louisviUe, Council Chairman and director of manufacturing engi– neering at Taylor Machine Works; and Roger Whitlock, director of the college's Workforce Development Center. In his remarks, Whitlock explained the potential for the Council, shared the projected Workforce Development Activities report for FY 2000 and communicated the oppor– tunity fore the Council to interact with ECCC personnel for the pur;ose of marketing the Workforce Development message and verifying targets for quality provisions.
