The Board of Directors for the East Central Community College Foundation, Inc., met on the Decatur campus to discuss plans to seek donations to construct a $2.5 million field house for ath– letics. The proposed 18,628 square-foot facility will be located on the north end of campus between the Brackeen-Wood Physical Education Complex and the Chris Gay IV Memorial Baseball Field Seated from left are George Taylor, Van Lucas, Dr. John Gipson, David Howell, Ann Burkes, (standing) Randall Lee, Mickey Vance, Sammy Pace, former president Dr. Eddie Malvin Smith, Stacey Hollingsworth, and Larry Hogue.
