Gaines scholarsh ip Bobbie Gaines (left) of Carthage was recently awarded a Nontraditional Student Tuition Scholarship to continue her education at East Central Community College in Decatur. Gaines, a freshman pre-nursing major, is shown with ECCC Dean of Students Randall E. Lee. The scholar– ship is available to any qualified Mississippi resident, 23 years of age or older at the time of initial enrollment, who enrolls full-time at East Central. The scholarship will be available for three consecutive semesters following the first 12 semester hours earned as either a part-time or full– time ECCC student.
