Enrolled in ECCC program For years David Thames of Louisville has struggled with a reading problem. Now the 42-year-old employee at Allied Enterprises in Philadelphia is improving his readmg skills by attending adult literacy classes providecf.at the worksite by East Central Community College in Decatur. Thames is shown during one of his class meetings with Sandy Comans of Decatur, who serves as an instructor for the College's SkillfTech One-Stop Career Center. The Center provides free adult basic education courses in addition to various other ser– vices for businesses and industries located in ECCC's five-county district.
