ost outstanding PTK Chapter =ast Central Commumty College's Theta Xi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society o' tne two-year college, was recognized as the Most Outstanding Chapter at the annual Mississippi- ana Regional Awards Ceremony held Feb. 7, at Hinds Community College, Rankin Campus. Theta Xi as a'so selected a five-star chapter, was a Leadership Hallmark winner, and received a Brotherhood Award for work and activities with other chapters. Also honored was retired ECCC- English instructor caro ,.ckers of Decatur who was selected Phi Theta Kappa's Most Distinguished Alumnus. Burkes and Harris will accompany members to the Phi Theta Kaopa International Convention April 29-May 1 in Anaheim, Calif.
