RECEIVE SPECIAL RECOGNmo:-.: - Approximately 100 employees of Choctaw Maid Farms Inc. in Carthage recently completed Skills Enhancement Ciasses provided by East Central Community College in Decatur. Each staff member received 12 hours of instruction in five subJect areas; Fact-Based and Team Decision-Making, Problem Sohing, Introduction to SPC (Statistical Process Control), Conflict Management and Procedural Writing.
