ECCC SoccerWarriors fall to Jones,GulfCoast

In games scheduled this week., East Central hosts Pearl River at 4 p.m. Wed1;1esday and will enter– tain EastMississippi at 1 p .m. Satur– day. Bothmatches will beheld on the Newton County High School soccer field in Decatur. The 1 Warriors have an open date onTuesday, Sept. 28.
East Central Community College's first soccer team saw its record fall 1-4-1 following losses to Jones and Gulf Coast last week. The Soccer Warriors were outscored 3-1 by the \'iSiting Bobcats on Saturday and fell to homestanding Gulf Coast 4-0 on Wednesday, Sept. 15. Against Jones, Joe Cavenaugh of Chunky was the lone scorer for East Central. Cavenaugh's ~oal came late in second half action.
