COMPLETE LEADERS PROGRAM - two East Central Community College administrators are among more than 30 graduates of the 1999 Mississippi Community College Fellowship Program. They include Lanette Hanna and Roger Whitlock, both of Decatur. Organized by Mississippi State University's educational leadership department, the intensive, week4ong professional development program is designed to train the next generation of community college leaders. Hanna is an academic counselor, while Whitlock is coordinator of work-based learning. Now in its sixth year, the MSU program recently drew participants from Mississippi, Alabama and Arkansas.
