ECCC Contributor.... Beth Milling, own er of Milli ng Funeral Home in Union, recently gave $2000 for scholar<>h ips at East Central Community College in·Deca tur. Milling contributed $1000 to the new ECCC Scholar<> Program, a scholarshi p w hich give!> to s tu dents two years of tuition at the College. An additional $1000 will be used to fund the Melissa Milij.ng Memorial Scholarship to be awarded to a high school senior f rom Union. The Milling Scholarship honors Ms. Milling's late niece who would have graduated this year but was killed in an automobile accident last year. Ms. Milling is pictured with Or. Eddie M.
