Leading scorers for EC were: Venzen, 23; Montgomery, 20; Hillie, 10; Johnson, six; Russell, five; Waddell and Over– street, three each; and Parker , two. The Warriors will meet the South– west( 19-6, 8-4) Co-Lin( 13-11, 4-8) victor at 4 p.m. Wednesday. Finals are set for 8 p.m. Thursday. The Lady Warriors, led by coach Sammy Pace., challenged Southwest (9-15, 4-8) on Tuesday. The winner will battle Co-Lin (19-5. 9-3) at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Finals are scheduled at 6 p.m. Thursday.

In games played February 9 in Decatur, the Lady Warriors clipped Jones 79-78 on Barrett's short jumper with 13 seconds remaining. Mapp led in scoring with 32 points, includ– ing five three-pointers. Barrett also had five three-pointers and 21 total points. Also scoring were Pinkston, seven; Floyd, six; Chapman; five; Brown, four; Carter, three; and Williams, one.
