Receives Dallas ~cholarship Neshoba Central High School graduate Justin Clearman is the 1998 recipient of the Fred Preston and Maudie Threatt Dallas Memorial Scholarship to attend East Central Community College in Decatur. The outstanding student is shown receiving the award from family members Pauline Dallas Chadwell (left) of Meridian and Mrs. Winifred Davis of Enterprise. The presentation was made at the College's annual Scholarship Awards Luncheon held on the Decatur campus.
