Nontraditional student tuition scholarsh ips are available to any qualified Mississippi resident 23 years of age or o lder, at the time of initial enrollment. who en– ro lls full-time at ECCC. The scholarship is available to students for three consecutive semesters following the first twelve semester hours earned as either a part-time or full-time student at East Centra l. To be eligible, a recipient: 1. Must enroll as a full-time aca– demic or technical student on the Decatur campus, 2. Must have earned all previ– ous college credit as a student at East Central; 3. Must have earned a minimum of 12 semester hours but no more than 21 semester hours of college credit as either a full– time or part-time student at East
