PRESENTED ECCC BASEBALL AWARDS- These members of the state champion East Central Community College baseball team received various honors at the College's annual Spring Sports Cookout/Awards Program held at Turkey Creek Water Park near Decatur. Seated from left are pitcher Chris Tullos of Union, most improved; shortstop Ron Perkins of Louisville, best defensive player; and pitcher Brian Hardy of Philadelphia, "Exemplary Player of the Year". Standing from left are right fielder Greg Wood of Newton County High School, best offen– sive player and All-State; pitcher Dan Gressett of Lake, All– Region 23 and All-State; and pitcher Jason Willis of Neshoba Central, most valuable player, All-Region 23, ~11-State and most valuable player in the South Division.
