Savell is a graduate of New– ton County High School where he received Beta Club and Citizenship awards and was an officer inteh band and Ml Al– pha Theta. He also served as a class officer his JWUor and sen– ior year. In addition, he was a delegate to Boys' State and the Lions Oub Leadership Pro– gram.
