Receives Union Planters Scholarship...... Jennifer SaveJI, a 1998 graduate of Newton County High School, is a recipient of a Union Planters Bank Scholarship to attend East Central Community College in Decatur. The outs tanding student is shown receiving the award from Leon Harris, president of the banking system's Newton branch. Union Planters Bank provides annual scholarships to selected recipients from throughout the College's five-county district.
