Scholarship Recipient..... East Central Community College sophomore Charles Lightsey (center) of Union was recently presented a $1000 scholarship provided by ECCC alumna Tracey Reid Hitt Greenberg and Dr. Jerome H. Greenberg of Winchester, Virginia, in memory of her parents, Annie Reid Hitt and Tracy L. Hitt who resided in Neshoba County.
