THAMES SIGNS WITH ECCC - Newton High School standout pitcher Amos Thames recently signed a national letter-of-intent wit East Central Community Coilege in Decatur. the 5'11", 160- pound right-hander is shown during signing ceremonies with Diamond Warrior head coach Jamie Clark Cleft) and Tiger baseball coach Chris Clark. Jamie Clark said he is "very Happy" to add the outstanding student-athlete to the ECCC baseball program.
