standing -Alumnus of Theta Xi Chapter for the significant con– tributions he \ has made to ECCC's Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa. Dr. Shelby Harris, co– advisor for Theta Xi ·chapter, said, "Anytime we have asked Dr. Matthews for his help en any project, he was willing to help."
