College cheerleading squad will host one day pre-tryout clinic from 9:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 14, in the Brackeen-Wood Physical Education Building, ECCC cheerleader sponsor Virginia Pace announced. The clinic is open to any stu– dent who is interested in trying out for a position on a junior high, high school, or college squad. Participants will be divid– ed into groups according to grade le,·el. Signs Fitness Trail Document..... East Central Community College PresiP.ent Dr. Eddie M. Smith is shown signing a document from the National Recreation Trails Funding program · to help develop a fitness trail on the Decatur campus. The government will fund up to $20,000 of the $40,000 project, to be built on the north end of campus between the softball field and College pond. The mile-long trail will b e lighted, handicapped accessible and includes exercise stations.
