Mississippi's First Lady will discuss the "Splendors of Mississippi" beauti~cat.ion and clean-up project, wh1ch mclu~es the planting of yellow w1ld fl owers throughout the state for the upcoming Splendors of Versailles exhibit in J~ckson April 1 to August 31, 1998. According to Larry Hogue, ECCC director of development and alumni relations, luncheon di5cussions will also focus on campus beaut.ification/land– scaping/ educatiOn needs at Ea-.t Central. . Hogue said the meeting wtll convened by ECCC alumni, the Rev. jane Todd Gurry of Raleigh, No rth Carqlina, an? Dr. joe Todd of Cincinnati, Ohio. Their father, the late Dr. L. 0. Todd, served as EtCC President from 193-i-53.

Ho~ting the meeting will be current ECCC President Dr. Eddie M Smith. Other College officiab, alumni and o~~ers mtercstcd in further beautlhc~­ tion of the Decatur campus wJll attend. A tour of the campus will follow the meeting.
