Germany is married to the former Patricia Pelfrey of Middletown, Ohio. In addition to Randy, who resides in Clinton and works in communications with the Missis– sippi Air National Guard, the Germanys have two other sons. Larry is a food services manager with Morrison's in Dalton, Georgia, and Donald is employed with Di– versified Technology in f'ackson. They also have two grandchildren, Jarod Moore and Todd Austin Ger– many.

Prior to joining the College staff, Germany taught auto body, repair in the Escambia County School Sys– tem in Pensacola, Florida.
