HOMECOMING SET: Recognition. of outstanding alumni and instructors and the induction of new Athletic Hall of Fame members will highlight homecoming activi– ties Oct. 10 at East Cel')t ral Community College InDecatur. Also being honored are the 1945-46 and 1946-47 women's basketball teams and members of all classes ending in "8." In addition , Founders' Gymnasium will be dedicated in ceremonies Saturday. Constructed in 1930 and still used for 1 intramural sports and other activities, the ; gym is named for Dr. Benjamin Franklin "Frank" Hunter, James "Jim" McDonald Thames and others instrumental in found– ing the college in 1928. Honorees this year include Alumnus of the Year T.H. Etheridge of Jackson, Alum– na of the Year Nell Allen Roger s of Philadelphia, Academic Instructor of the Year Leesa Lee Wilkinson of Meridian, Vocational-Technical Instructor of the Year Conrad Germany of Union, and Ath– letic Hall of Fame inductees Van Chancel– lor of Houston, Texas , Deborah Duncan Norwood of Philadelphia and Howard Ses, sums of Clinton. '
