Or. john Garner (center) of oxapater was recently welcomed as the newest member of the East Central Community College Board of Trustees. Dr. Garner, who was earlier named Superintendent of the Louisville Municipal School District, is shown with Board Chairman Prentice Copeland (left) of Philadelphia and ECCC President Dr. Eddie M. Smith. Prior to assuming his new duties, Dr. Garner served as an l assistant superintendent for the Brookhaven School District
