Delane Hudson (center) of louisville and a member of the East Central Community College Board of Trustees, recently established the iirst minority-sponsored scholarship to attend ECCC. Approved at t'le September meeting of the College's Board of Trustees, the Oetane Hudson/Voices of Congress Congress Scholarship is an enort to encourage more Winston Countians, especially those need– ·m~ tinancial assistance, to take advantage of the educational oppor– tt!~ ties a\iailable at the College. Voices of Congress is a community cho"r composed of Winston County teenagers and is sponsored by Mr. Hud::-on.
