Prior to joining the EC( C ..taff, Fortenberry was dis– trict technology coordinator for the Philadelphia Public School District. He earlier served as director of admin– is trative computing services at ECCC. He has also held positions with H&R Block as a pro– gramming consultant a nd the Molpus Company as data processing supervisor.
