Once again, Key turned to re– search he could trust--his own. "What I found was that you could deal with cancer by building your immune system. There are products you can buy which will do that," Key said, and so he tried that means of dealing with the problem. It worked. "'The cancer was

Key also is the first scientist in the U.S. to market an audio– tape oo the health benefits of shark liver oil. •Sharks do 1't get infections," Key snid. "They don't get arthritis, did– betes or cancer, either. 1bis 01l is effective in helping humru1S in several ways. Shark oil h s been used as far back as the V - kings." He has tapes on non- medical subjects, too, such as the one ti– tled "Fascinating Nature Illu - trations in the Bible." With two full-time jobs and occasional missionary worl· to keep him busy, Key has not had much time to devote to marketing efforts for his books and tapes, but he hopes to b(! ablf to fix that problem soon. His only claim is that he personally used a particular regimen which provided excellent re– sults in his case. Again, word of mouth has been his only advertisement. When people call him to ask for help with cancer, he doesn't tell them what to do-he only tells them what worked for him. His credibility is great enough that in June 1997, he was contacted by a nurse in Florida and invtted to travel to Fort Lauderdale to address 500 medical doctors, nurses and other medical professionals. The offer included paying for his travel expenses and lodg– ing. Key made a tape of that ad– dress, and besides his books, he also markets the tape. There are doctors in the U.S. who are beginning to use some of the methods described oo his tape, but general acceptance is slow. Medical doctors still are reluc– tant to accept methodologies not developed by medical doc– tors. ''In my own training as a
