Welch to play for East Central Diamond Warriors Charlie Welch (right) of Morton. a senior at University Christian School. has signed a National Letter of intent to play baseball for the East Central Community College Diamond Warriors. The second baseman batted .3851ast season and has played baseball since eighth grade. Charlie is the son of Ann and John Ryan of Morton. He is pictured with UCS baseball coach Doug Shanks.
