ECCC District Workforce Council meets at U.S. Motors The East Central Community CoOege District Workforce Council recently held Its regular monthly meeting at U.S. EtectrieaJMotors (USEM) In Philadelphia. During the meeting, Dr. Olon Ray, executive director of the State Board for Community and Junior Colleges, report· ed on the activities of theState Workforce Development Council and Mississippi's 15 career centers. He said that much progress had been made In the past 17 months and was opti· mlstlc that the program is working well and that Mississippi's workforce Is being upgraded and Improved.
