In women's action, the Lady Warriors lost their fi rst season game by fa lling 70-65 to the Lady Lions. East Central, now 2-1 , was led by Nicole Barrett's 19 points. Other pointmakers were Kim MiGliore, 12; Stephanie Houston, eight; Olivia McDaniel, six; Tara Hall, fi ve; Chazz Thompson, four; Stephanie Gray, Jennifer Musgrove and Felicia Brantley, three each; and Monica Craig, two. East Miss. led 38-25 at half– time. Remaining action scheduled in November include away matchups against Mississippi Delta on November 21 and at Mississippi College (JV teams) on November 26.
