ECCC Leadership Conference __ These students leaders from high school s in Leake, Scott and Winston counties attended th e Third Annual l eade rship Conference held at East Ce ntral Community College in Decatur. The purpose of the conference is to recognize student leaders from high schools in East Central ' s fi ve-co unty district (Leake, Neshoba, Newton, Scott and Winston counties) and pro"ide them with leadership en hancement tech– niques. It is also an opportunity for stud ents to visit the College campus and meet var– ious personnel. Approximately 35 students attended the confere nce, sponsored by the Theta Xi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa and Student Services.
