ECCC PHI THETA KAPPA INDUCfS NEWMEMBERS- These East Central Community College stu– dents were recently initiated into the Theta Xi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor soc– iety of the two-year college. Membership in Phi Theta Kappa is by invitaion only to freshmenb with a 3.4 or above grade point averige and sophomores with a 3.3 or above grade point average.
