ECCC GRADUATES RECEIVE MSU SCHOLARSHIPS· These 1996 graduates of East Central Com– munity Collee are recipients of Presidential Leadership Scholarships and Recognition Scholarships to attend Mississippi State University in Starkville. The scholarships, valued from $1,000 to $4,800 for one and two years, were presented by Ed Davis from the University during Awards Day held recently on the Decatur campus. These scholarships are awarded based on grades, honors, activities and recom– mendations.
