Lt:esa Lee Wilkinson of Meridian was recently named music instmctor (keyboard) at East Central Community College in Decatur, announced Dr. Eddie M. Smith, College president. She began her duties on August 17 1996. Wilkinson earlier served in the same capacity at East Central from 1985 to 1993 prior to moving with her family to Texas, where she was employed as music and choir instructor for the Conroe Independent School District. She also sened as piano accompanist at First United Methodist Church in Conroe. Her work experience also includes service as music instructor and accompanist at Meridian Little Theatre; church organist at Poplar Springs Drive United Methodist Church in Meridian; music director at Newton County Schools; band director at Decatur High School; church organist at Decatur United Methodist Church; and accompanist for the Mississippi State Unh ersit) Madrigal Slngl!'n. and choir. -\ graduate of Forest

Dale McNair of Newton has been named automotive tech– nology instructor at East Central Community College in O_ecatur, announced Dr. Eddie M. Smith, College president. McNair, who began his new. duties on August 1, 1996, preHousl) served as automotive instructor at Ross Collins Vocational Center in Meridian. McNair brings a total of six years teaching experience and four years of full-time work experi– ence to his new position. McNair is a g•·aduate of Beulah Hubbard High School, where he salutatorian and select– ed \.lr. BHHS and senior class president. He continued his educa– tion at East Central Community College, earning an associate arts degree in secondarv education. McNair is ~arried to the former Renee' Majure of Green\ille. High School, Wilkinson attended East Central Junior College and recehed bachelor's and master's degrees in music education from APPEARED IN: l\lissi~sippi State University.
