was rated the "top choice" by members of the College's Alumnt Association Board of Directors at the group's fall semester meeung The proposed project has also been endorsed by the ECCC Foundation and Board ot Trustees. The fundraising endea\ or. called "Welcome Home." feature: a recreation of the archwa\ that greeted campus visitors for almo<>t three decades, from 1951 to the late '70's. Included in the arch– way will be an electronic marquee that would continuously announce campus events. Hogue said the computer-con– trolled structure will cost approxi– mately $30,000. He added there are various levels of investments for alumni and other supporters of the college to consider incl uding the following: (I) $50 minimum (name of contributor will be designated on brick in columns); (2) $1 00 minimum (contribu–
