ECCCART SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS -Michael White (left) of Edinburg and Marcia Vance of Louisville have been selected as recipients of art scholarshps at East Central Con\.munity College in Decatur. White is a former art student of Maxy Jean Perry at Edin– burg High School. He is the son ofJames and Cheryl White o£Edin– burg and the grandson of Truman and Kathy White and Thomas and Margaret Thompson, all of Carthage and Bill and Lorette Ray of HazlehursL Vance studied art under Keith Adcock at Louisville High School.
