Scholarship durmg Awards Day activities held on the Decatur campus. Alexander , a liberal arts major, graduated from ECCC with a 3.4 grade point average. A.Product of Newton County H1gh School, he is the son of Mr. and Mrs . Will iam L. Alexander of Little Rock.
