Warriors sign 16 gridders

Sixteen area high school football standouts have signed the dotted line to become East Central Com– munity College Warnors next season, announced new head coach Willie J. "Tenny" Coats. Coach Coats said he is "very pleased" with his flrst group of student-athletes who comrrutted on February l, the official signing date. He expects to announce ad– ditional signees later this month Signees by school include the following: CARTHAGE: Frederick Carson (6-2, 205), defensive lineman and Chris Luckett (6-3, 228) tight end/defensive end. EDINBURG: Earl Truss (6·2, 225) linebacker. FOREST: Dennis Patrick (5-10, 205), Linebacker. LOUISVILLE: Charles Henton (5-11, 175), defensive back. MORTON: Neal Keaton (6-1, 210), linebacker; Eddie Johnson (6-2, 200), tight end; Anthony Johnson (6-0, 270), offensive lineman; and Ryan Stovich (6-1, 250), offensive defensive lineman. NESHOBA CENTRAL: Robert Yarbrough (6-1, 195), running ' back/defenshe back, ~1ichael McWilliams (6-0, 255), offensive lineman; and Joseph Gnffen (6-0, 250), offensive/defensive lineman. PHILADELPHIA: Chad Clark (6-3, 188), defensive back. SCOTT CENTRAL: Ryan Burks (6-2, 240), defensive end; Dynell Butler (6-3, 243), defensive lineman; and Lonme \1cCiendon (5-10, 180) defensive back.
