Snap-On Presents Gift to ECCC National VICA Winner Randy Germany (third from left) of Union was presented with a tool box by Snap-on, Inc., for placing second in the Collision Repair Technology Contest at the 29tb Annual Skills USA Championships (formerly United States Skills Olympics) held in Kansas City, MO. Jerry Pea~; son (second from left), Snap-on educational specialist for Mississippi from the Brandon office, made the presentation. Germany, a 1995 honor graduate of East Central Community College, advanced to the national competition after winning first place honors in the State VICA (Voca– tional Industrial Clubs of America) Contest held earlier this year in Laurel. Germany also won the State competition in 1994. He was recently employed as a collision repair technician by Herrin-Gear Chevrolet in Jackson.
